What is the return policy?
Return Policy
1️⃣ Return Eligibility
Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items within 30 days. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags. No returns for change of mind or wrong size. Personalized, discounted, and digital products are non-refundable.
2️⃣ How to Return
Contact us at urbanblossom@outlook.co.id with your name, order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll reply within 48 hours with instructions.
3️⃣ Return Shipping
We cover shipping if the item is faulty or incorrect. Customers pay for returns due to personal reasons. Use insured, trackable shipping as we aren’t responsible for lost returns.
4️⃣ Refunds & Exchanges
After inspection, refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Exchanges ship free.
5️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
No returns on personalized/custom, digital products, hygiene items (including underwear/swimwear), or sale items.
6️⃣ International Returns
Customers arrange and pay return shipping; customs fees are non-refundable.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
